Refund & Credits Policy
This policy explains what Teron Engine credits are, how you get and use them, and when you can get a refund. It is part of the Terms of Service.
What credits are
- Credits are Teron Engine build credits: prepaid units of Teron Engine's own service. They are not credits or tokens of any AI provider.
- They pay only for work Teron Engine does on its own servers: generating assets, reusing shared library assets, style sets, and plans or verdicts beyond your monthly allowance. They never pay for the AI tool you connect.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. They are never Robux and cannot be turned into Robux or Roblox items.
No free plan
There is no free plan, and no credits are given at signup. Access starts with a paid plan (Creator, Pro or Studio); credit packs are available to subscribers.
Credit packs
Purchases are for adults 18+ only: only the adult account holder may buy credits or a plan. While you have an active plan you can buy one-off credit packs. Current packs:
- 10,000 credits: 10,000 credits for US$10
- 25,000 credits: 25,000 credits for US$25
- 110,000 credits: 110,000 credits for US$100
Plans
Plans add credits every month while your subscription is active. Current plans:
- Creator: US$29 a month, 15,000 credits a month
- Pro: US$79 a month, 45,000 credits a month
- Studio: US$299 a month, 160,000 credits a month
Prices are shown on Pricing before you pay. Taxes may be added.
How credits are used
- Each paid item has a fixed price in credits, shown before it starts. Your AI tool can also set a maximum it will spend on each request.
- When the work starts, we reserve its price. When it succeeds, we charge the reservation; if it fails, we release the whole reservation back to your balance.
When a generation fails
- Failed generations cost 0: if a generation or other server-side job does not finish successfully, you are not charged for it, and its reservation is returned automatically.
- You are only ever charged for work that succeeded on our servers. You are never charged for work your own AI tool does.
- If you think you were charged wrongly, email studio@quantumlooplabs.com with the project. We will check it and return credits where we made a mistake.
Rollover
Today, unused plan credits roll over for 1 month, then expire. Pack credits are not affected by rollover. This rule is subject to review and may change; we will tell you before it does.
Expiry
Pack credits do not expire while your account is open. Plan credits expire as described under rollover. If we introduce an expiry rule, it will not apply to credits you already bought, and we will tell you in advance.
Refunds
- Credit packs: you can ask for a refund of the unused credits in a pack within 14 days of purchase. If you have not used any credits from the pack, you get the full price back; if you have used some, you get back the share of the price for the credits you have not used.
- Credits you have already used, from a pack or a plan, cannot be refunded.
- Subscriptions: you can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the billing period. We do not give refunds or credits for partial months, except where the law requires it. Unused plan credits roll over as described under Rollover.
- When we refund a payment through Stripe, the credits it bought are removed from your balance in proportion to the amount refunded.
- If you dispute a payment with your bank (a chargeback), the credits it bought are removed while the dispute is open. If we win the dispute, they are restored.
- To ask for a refund, email studio@quantumlooplabs.com from the address on your account.
If your account closes
- If you close your account, unused paid credits are lost unless you ask for a refund under this policy first.
- If we close your account for a breach of the terms, unused credits are lost, except where the law requires a refund.
- If we close your account for another reason, or stop offering Teron Engine, we refund unused paid credits.
