Who we are

Teron Engine is provided by QuantumLoop Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("QuantumLoop Labs", "we", "us").

"You" means the person who uses Teron Engine. Our contact details are on Legal & Contact.

Who can use Teron Engine

• Teron Engine is for adults 18+ (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) only. You must be at least that age to use it. When you join the waitlist or create an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We record the time you confirmed. We do not ask for or store your date of birth.
• One account per person. Do not share your account or sign up for someone else.
• Teron Engine is only available in the countries where we offer it. Do not use tools to hide your location to get around this.
• You may not use Teron Engine if the law, or a sanction, bars you from doing so.
• Purchases are for adults 18+ only. Only the adult account holder may buy credits or a plan.

There is no account for anyone younger. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, or under the age of majority where they live, we close it and delete its data, as described in the Age Policy & Safety.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at studio@quantumlooplabs.com straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Give us accurate details, including your age, and keep your email address up to date.

The service

Teron Engine helps you build Roblox games with the AI tool you connect. Teron Engine turns your idea into a plan with work orders, checks the work your AI tool does in Roblox Studio and gives verdicts, and generates assets on its own servers. Your AI tool does the building in Roblox Studio on your computer. Teron Engine is a browser-based service: there is nothing to install, and you publish your game from Roblox Studio to your own Roblox account.

We are still building Teron Engine. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will tell you in advance about changes that take away something you paid for.

The AI tool you connect

• You choose the AI tool you connect to Teron Engine. It is your own responsibility: its subscription, its terms, what it does on your computer and in Roblox Studio, and what it builds.
• We never ask for, store or use the login or subscription of your AI tool. You sign in to Teron Engine in your browser and can revoke a connected tool at any time on Connections.
• Anything your AI tool does through Teron Engine counts as done by you, including spending credits within the limit it sets for each request.

Roblox

Not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. We use the name only to say that Teron Engine works with Roblox Studio.

• You publish games and assets to your own Roblox account. Your use of Roblox is governed by Roblox's own terms, not ours.
• You must follow the Roblox Terms of Use, the Roblox Creator Terms and the Roblox Community Standards.
• Roblox may review, moderate, reject or remove anything you upload. We do not control that.

AI output

Plans, verdicts, text, images and 3D models made by Teron Engine, and the code and worlds your AI tool builds with them, are produced by AI ("output").

• Output may be wrong, incomplete or unsafe to use as it is. Do not rely on factual statements in AI output without checking them independently.
• Output may be similar to output made for other people, or to existing works.
• We do not promise that output is original, or that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Review and test everything before you publish it. You decide what to publish.

AI provider rules that also apply to you

Teron Engine uses AI models from other companies. Their terms require us to pass some of their rules on to you. These rules are no less protective of those providers than their own terms. By using Teron Engine you also agree to follow:

• Anthropic's Usage Policy (for the Claude models).
• OpenAI's Usage Policies (for code review models and GPT Image).
• fal.ai's acceptable-use terms (fal.ai runs our image and 3D models).
• Black Forest Labs' restrictions for FLUX: do not remove or change Content Credentials or watermarks, and do not claim that output was made by a human.
• Tripo's terms (for 3D models).

Links to these terms are on Licences & Attributions. Teron Engine does not give you direct access to any provider's API, and you may not try to get it through Teron Engine.

Credits

• Credits are Teron Engine build credits: prepaid units of Teron Engine's own service. They are not credits or tokens of any AI provider.
• Credits pay only for work Teron Engine does on its own servers, such as generating assets. They never pay for the AI tool you connect.
• You are charged only for server-side work that succeeds. Failed generations cost 0: their reserved credits are returned to your balance.
• Credits are non-transferable. You cannot sell, give or move them to another account.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, except for refunds under the Refund & Credits Policy.
• Credits are never Robux and can never be turned into Robux or Roblox items.

How credits are granted, reserved, used, rolled over and refunded is set out in the Refund & Credits Policy.

Subscriptions and payments

• Access to Teron Engine requires a paid plan (Creator, Pro or Studio). There is no free plan, and no credits are given at signup.
• Credit packs are available while you have an active plan.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• A subscription renews automatically each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your plan until then.
• We will tell you about a price change at least 30 days before it applies. You can cancel before the new price starts.
• Taxes may be added where the law requires.

Who owns what

• You own your inputs: your briefs, files and instructions.
• As between you and QuantumLoop Labs, you own the games and assets made for you. This is subject to other people's rights and to the AI providers' terms on Licences & Attributions.
• QuantumLoop Labs keeps all rights in Teron Engine itself: the software, templates, engine and tools.
• You give QuantumLoop Labs permission to host, copy and process your content only to run Teron Engine for you, keep it safe and meet legal duties.
• We do not use your content to train AI models, and our AI providers' API terms do not allow them to train on it either.

The shared asset library

• Assets you generate are private unless you choose to share them. On the Creator and Pro plans you can share an asset to the shared library and unshare it later. Studio-plan assets stay private.
• When you share an asset, you keep ownership of it and give QuantumLoop Labs a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and provide it to other Teron Engine subscribers, who may use it in their own Roblox games. You can still license the asset to anyone else. Unsharing stops new reuse; games that already use it may keep it.
• Only share assets you have the right to share. Reusing a shared asset costs credits, as shown in the Refund & Credits Policy and on Pricing.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. It is part of these terms.

Copyright and other IP complaints

If you think something made or stored with Teron Engine infringes your rights, follow Copyright & IP Complaints. We remove infringing material and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Ending your use

• You can stop using Teron Engine and close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if an AI provider or Roblox suspends access that Teron Engine needs.
• Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
• What happens to your credits when an account closes is set out in the Refund & Credits Policy.

Disclaimers

Teron Engine is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms. In particular, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that output will be accurate, or that output will be accepted by Roblox.

Some laws do not allow these exclusions. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Your responsibility for claims

If someone makes a claim against QuantumLoop Labs because of content you created or published with Teron Engine, or because you broke these terms or the provider rules above, you will cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Dispute process, in short: informal resolution by email for 30 days, then binding individual arbitration. The details are below.

Informal resolution first

Before starting a claim, email studio@quantumlooplabs.com with your name, the email address on your account, a description of the dispute and what you want. We will do the same before starting a claim against you. We both agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after that email.

Binding individual arbitration

If the dispute is not resolved within those 30 days, you and QuantumLoop Labs LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or Teron Engine will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are on the AAA website (adr.org). The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement to arbitrate. Fees are paid as the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules provide. The arbitration may take place by video or phone, in the county where you live, or in Hillsborough County, Florida. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, and only to the individual party asking for it.

No class actions and no jury trial

You and we may bring claims against each other only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial.

Small claims court

Instead of arbitration, either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, as long as it qualifies and stays there on an individual basis.

Opting out of arbitration

You can opt out of arbitration and the class-action waiver by emailing studio@quantumlooplabs.com within 30 days after you first accept these terms. Include your name, the email address on your account and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not change the rest of these terms.

Courts

Any dispute that is not arbitrated (for example, because you opted out) will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, except small claims cases. You and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest of it still applies, except that if the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim must be heard in court and not in arbitration. If any other part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay in effect.

If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your home state gives you that cannot be waived by agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version has a number and a date at the top of this page.

For a material change we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect, and ask you to accept the new version. If you do not accept, you can close your account.
